"Absolutely fantastic location. Lovely hotel, very comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall I have is the maid service was a bit slack, they literally made the bed and emptied the bin. Didn’t clean the cups, restock tea and coffee or just give it a general tidy so that was a little disappointing but otherwise I cannot fault it. "

"Good over night stay at this hotel. Would have given the hotel a 5* review but the rooms were so hot and there was a plastic mattress protector under the sheets, which was uncomfortable and sweaty. We enjoyed the bar, the restaurant, the staff, the clean rooms and the parking. Location is good too - we just couldn't sleep! No option to open our window etiher as we were right by the A/C unit which was very noisy. Would stay here again but remove the the plastic under-sheet first!"

"Comfortable, clean hotel in walking distance of old town, Xmas markets, shops, museums etc and with several nice restaurants nearby. Room good but could do with more clothes storage e.g. drawers. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast OK but was very crowded one day; we had to wait and not at the time the hotel says will be busy. If travelling Eurostar you can just about walk it to hotel with light luggage but it’s really a taxi."

"From booking to leaving Nancy took care of everything we needed, full of information to make your stay that much better. Ideally situated a walk to the main centre and Menin Gate, our room was more than we expected, large, clean with a large bathroom with everything needed during our 2 day visit. Every morning a lovely breakfast with as much coffee as needed and at a time to suit us. We will certainly be coming back and stay here again. "
