"This resort was the best stay I have ever had! The staff was super friendly and always helpful and accommodating to your needs. We had off hour flight times and the staff adjusted transportation to get us to the airport without going extra early. I also witnessed another group whose flight was delayed by 5 hours and they arrived to the resort well after the restaurants were closed for the evening. The staff had made food and set it up at the front desk for them to eat as they arrived at the island. 10/10 recommend!"

"Possitive: Value for money, good location, quite area, good sea view from our room, staff are very helpfull and kind, free pickup/drop off from/to the ship port, very clean, free usage of sea towels, 24/7 reception,shops near the hotel. Negative: Wifi have very bad signal and is very slow, poor breakfast, mosque is behind the hotel, no elevator in the hotel We had a very good stay in Velana hotel. I suggest the hotel."
