"The only spoiler for us was that due to an old fusebox, all the plug sockets kept tripping leaving no power to charge our devices or for using hairdryer/straighteners etc. Otherwise a lovely hotel and friendly staff."

"All was good except the tv remote. The batteries were held in with duct tape, which did nothing as you had to hold them in if you wanted the remote to work, hardly 4 star. Apart from that we both enjoyed our stay."

"Had a fab stay at the Carmel apartments, the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, warm and everything was of great quality, everything is thought of, with lovely touches around and the garden is beautiful too. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave us some extra cookies that Brian had made.! "

It would have been nice to be instructed a bit more regarding use of outdoor space. There was a key in the door leading to outside, and the door was very difficult to open and would lock on us if closed. Breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but would ask more questions at check in!"
