"Overall impressions of the hotel had the wow factor. The check in was straight forward, although the staff could have learned a smile! The room was really nice although no tea/coffee facilities. We were given 1 small carton of water. There was an event going on in the restaurant/bar area on the Thursday evening so we weren't able to go to the bar area, we were stopped by the front of house going through to buy water which was frustrating. "We were a group of 12 retired gentlemen staying for the 80th anniversary of the battle for Arnhem and this hotel was ideally situated, apart from the distance away from the Railway Station, this was a problem The staff, food, facilities and service was great, and we all enjoyed the trip and would use the hotel again."
