"Ameron has great location and it's very close to the train station and the Chapel Bridge. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room includes good breakfast with big variety. However, there were two issues during our stay: 1) As a family of 4, we booked two rooms. The bathtub drain in one of the rooms (#523) didn't work and the on/off switch for the shower was broken. 2) The sensor of the hotel had problem on the night of New Year's Eve and the alarm went off 5 times at midnight which was...

"Perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants and bars. I called the week before our arrival and asked for restaurant recommendations for New Years Eve and the front desk referred us to the Brassiere Louis (connected to the hotel) which was lacking in service and more than twice what other restaurants charged for an evening meal. Disappointed that they stated they had Airport Transfer but we were charge $75.00 for a 15 minute ride -- taxi service would have only been $25.00"

The only issue we had was the morning of our checkout which was supposed to be 12nn, we couldn’t get in a few mins before 11am. My husband went down to the lobby I think like 3 times and each time had a new card to try. It turns out the lock was not adjusted for the checkout time or something.
