"My stay was good. The problem I ran into was the gentleman at the front desk (who was very polite) mislead me on two things. The first one was that he would allow me a courtesy to check out late at noon because they were busy and no one had the book handy to quote me a rate for late check out. Also he advised me “after” looking my room number up that I had already prepaid for my breakfast. Well I was charged for breakfast and he neglected to put a note in the system that he gave me an hour grace...

"Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. It was a busy hotel but we never waited for service, or an elevator, or anything. It is convenient to the highway and KOP mall. Our room was clean- no complaints. I’ll likely specifically book this hotel next time I’m in town. "

"Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience, the showers are really nice and it had a nice atmosphere. The location is 15-30 mins from king of Prussia, Philadelphia city center so it’s great if you don’t want to drive around the city but be close enough to go as an option. Near the hotel there’s a bunch of little cafes and restaurants. Also having Hook & Ladder in the restaurant is super convenient. Great place, overall"

"My wife and I often go to Longwood Gardens during the year and have stayed at almost every hotel in the vicinity. However, this was our first experience here, and we were truly impressed. The hot breakfast in the morning is outstanding, featuring a lovely atmosphere, genuine dishes, real silverware, and excellent service from the staff. The bed was fantastic. I slept very soundly. I strongly recommend this exceptional service at a great value."

"It was a lovely hotel and the Holiday Decorations were outstanding. Christmas Eve, restaurant closed @ 4:00 and bar @ 6:00. I realize there weren’t many guests, but every restaurant in the area was closed. Residents can always dine at home, but hotels guests can’t and free sandwiches and chips is a nice gesture but not when you’re paying $250.00 a night for a room. Same goes for nothing being open on Christmas Day. Also, guests who park in handicapped spaces usually have mobility issues. Why...
