The styling, decor etc is first class and our room was quite large, beautifully appointed with one of the biggest and best bathrooms we have ever experienced in Europe. "Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. "Very nice hotel and spa, pleasant location for walking and exploring the villages in the area. Very good breakfast and restaurant for dinner, only thing missing is the option to have some lunch. I don’t speak French so at times it was a struggle but the staff are very helpful "
