"Apex made my first time visit in Edinburgh a wonderful one. It was an excellent experience. It is nearby tourist destinations and endless dining options. The hotel itself offers various amenities. If only my itineraries allowed me to use them all. They also proactively asked needs that they may not have initially included in my room. The option to do it online makes it really convenient for me. I will definitely use their services again when I go back and visit Edinburgh again."

"Very good staff. They made us aware of the breakfast special (which was a good deal!), and would have arranged for a late check-out but instead we checked our bags. There was a little bleed-through noise from neighbors, and the beds were firm."

"Some dirty towels in bathroom and pool water not great quality. Was offered take away breakfast as leaving before breakfast started. It contained stale pastries and fizzy water and absolutely rotten apple. But otherwise hotel was nice. Rooms spacious"

"Great stay, the room was huge, as was the bathroom, so plenty of space for 2 adults and a cot. The only downside was when booking for the 3 of us, with breakfast included, it doesn't include the childrens breakfast, which we only found out when checking out"

"We loved the staff at Wilde so friendly and outgoing. We were less enamored with our rooms. Some things in both rooms we had didn’t function properly (blinds, lights, etc). Room was either freezing ir we had the heat off or felt like a furnace or we had it on. We also found that the “apartment” part of the room was not well utilized by us. "This hotel is great value for money, considering the quality of accommodation, hospitality and food. It is in a lovely part of Edinburgh down by the Leith waterfront. The only negative I have is that the background music in the public areas is really depressing! Please change it to something else."
