"The property has all the amenities, the only issue is , it’s within a city which is very noisy. The outside of the property looks like a ghetto. The staff was courteous and we were half boarded, the dinner as well as breakfast was really good with lot of variety of food. The room was good. We had to ask them to for the room service. Over all I would say it’s just below 5* but I was happy with my trip. "

"Getting to Kashi takes 40-60 mins from this property because of traffic conditions."

"What a gem of a hotel. Ideally situated near a quiet part of the Ganges in a rural part of Varanasi, yet not so far from the activities of the road system. The hotel is very clean, tidy, while rooms are spacious and fresh. The staff at this hotel were fantastic and went out of there way to make our stay very comfortable."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The welcome was very traditional and that was captivating. The welcome drink was amazing! Overall staff and services are commendable. Nice and big rooms. Loved their idea of common tipping so it is shared with all the employees! "

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "
