"Amazingly beautiful hotel at the airport. Super clean and luxury . The staff members provide excellent customers service. My only issue was opening the shower very difficult and hard I almost couldn’t take a shower, I was gonna take a bath and I couldn’t the water kept going it didn’t stay . Otherwise my stay was pleasant "

"Big BW hotel in the calm neighborhood of Ehrenfeld, Cologne. Hotel is clean, reception desk ladies helfpul.. My complaint is about temperature of the room, which I complo also to the reception. They said it was normal but it was not.. so i believe i will not prefer the hotel during winter times"

"Well situated in the old town near the cathedral. Bar was good in the evening. Good variety and quality of food at breakfast. Rooms were ok but nothing special "
