"Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference. Didn't like that they charged for every little thing. Want to swim? Have to buy a cap and flip flops. No tea or water in our "basic room". No bathroom privacy, no conditioner, no vent for bathroom steam. Pillows really did...

"Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either. "Wasn’t worth the money charged. Was more of a Camping/Caravan type holiday than a hotel all inclusive. Not much to the resort, zoo and water park experience is 3 days at most. "

"What an amazing hotel, one of the most friendly hosts we’ve come across. Highly recommend staying, taking your evening meal in the hotel (which was also amazing) and having a wander around Guadalest at night after the hordes have left. Will definitely be back.
