Teníamos reservado desde finales de junio y cuando llegamos nos atendió una persona que se notaba que no tenía ni idea de nada, la encargada estaba de comida, y nos dice que no nos esperaba y nos dio otra habitación. Y eso que nos habían llamado por la mañana para preguntarnos la hora de llegada. Por lo demás bastante bien"
