"Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. We didn't bring our puppy with us but I was extremely pleased how welcome the dogs were at the hotel after seeing quite a few of them there."

"The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. And then the day before we were leaving there was no water so we could not take a shower after a long day of skiing, or make a coffee. Throughout our...
