"The property itself is well located in a quiet strip, and close enough to the center. The manager was nice and offered to upgrade my room for extra 400vnd but I refused due to the weather and there was no view anyway. The room I got was big and comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn’t work but I don’t need it. There were broken pots outside of my room and unfortunately, the landslide on the front of the property scared me so I couldn’t sleep. The pool was also closed due to the landslide. During breakfast, we were trying to order eggs but the person in charge wasn’t even looking at us - she then proceeded to ask the westerners behind us. We tried 3 times and just gave up because it’s just rude. Eventually the other person working there helped us order. I’d say you’ll find better properties in Sapa with better service. And I hope this property can fix the retaining wall in the front of it, and don’t use the building infront until the landslide issue is addressed for safety."
