"All the people in the hotel were GREAT! The service at the reception area and at the restaurant was SUPERB. The food and the people were very nice. We only have one complaint and it is that our card key had issues opening the elevators to take us to the floor where our room was."

"I would consider returning to factory lofts on my next visit to Medellin. The staff and the facilities were very nice. I was a little challenged with the bed being made up of two twin mattresses but this was not a big deal. Also there is a little bit of noise in the morning from the locals that tend to congregate before they go to work. I visit Medellin a lot in this is a nice place to stay."

"Every aspect of my stay was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff here makes the difference. Natalia at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with each day and helped me (and several others) out a lot. The rest of the staff is awesome as well. The ladies who make breakfast each morning couldn't be sweeter people and we're always a good start to the day. Great location also, as everywhere I needed to go was a 10 minute walk or a quick cheap uber ride away. Would definitely stay...

"Amazing apartment, very modern and aesthetic. Spacious enough for two people. Large shower and kitchen had all essentials for cooking also. Valentina the owner/host was very helpful and accommodating regarding both our check in and checkout times. She replied very fast to our messages also and went beyond to help us when we needed.
