"WLAN absolute Katastrophe (zu jeder Tageszeit ein Graus). Service- Personal im Restaurant teilweise Planlos. Beim einchecken nicht die Infos bekommen die benötigt werden (Bei Anreise vor Check -In Zeit Kur-Karte nicht bekommen / wo was zu finden etc…) nur nutzlose Infos und alles andere auf Nachfrage. Frühstück absolut langweilig (z.B. immer nur 2 Sorten Brötchen/ Brot und Brötchen immer weich). "We stayed in the suite, with our two children. The hotel and services leaves nothing else to wish for. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Also a kitchen. Breakfast super, as mentiond in other reviews before. Not a buffét anymore, but a mini buffét at the table, which we prefer. Good location, parking spaces right outside. Definitley a hotel to stay at when you are in Grömitz. "
