I sincerely hope Gran Hotel recognizes what an exceptional team member they have in him. Beyond Jason, the porters and concierge staff were also excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food at the hotel was very good, with the brunch standing out as a highlight. The location is ideal—within walking distance to several museums and just across the street from the National Theatre. All in all, a fantastic hotel in a prime location.
