With taxi driver’s help who caught an error, we were able to get to the station ontime .Else we would have been late for our train. Staff should be more attentive . "When you need a clean bed and friendly service close to the airport, you can’t really do any better than this. My flight was delayed and didn’t get in until midnight. A quick call to the hotel, and their shuttle was there in a mere 10 minutes. Check-in was easy and friendly. Bar was open! Room was clean and beds were comfy. "We stayed for 4 nights we liked the location, clean and breakfast options were good. Restaurant options were not so great. Staff were helpful and courteous. We have to take our luggage to our room ourselves. No coffee or tea kettle in the room. Bathroom sink was not great water would come outside make a mess. Wish they had microwave in the room. Alameda mall is just walkable from the hotel food options are great and better options than restaurant In hotel. We enjoyed Pans and Company sandwiches...

"This hotel is simply perfect! Looks very new, well maintained and clean. All of the staff members are extremely nice and helpful. Upon arrival you get a glass of Port as a welcome drink, and fruits, chocolates & water waits for you in your room. It is also great with regards to transportation - it has free parking, free shuttles to the airport/bus terminal and it is close to a metro station so you can easily get to the old town. Bottom line - look no further! "
