"The staff was amazing. The front desk was very helpful, booked a private boat on Lake Como, then called the next morning to find out more info for us. The room was very nice and clean. The restaurant was clean, the staff was attentive, and the food was really good. I would definitely stay here again! Great location and right next to the lake."

"Wonderful stay here with my wife for our honeymoon. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional and our room had a lovely view of lake Lugano. Definitely come here if you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Also had a day pass for the CEO spa at the hotel next door which was phenomenal! "When we stayed there the fire escape was blocked and various items were stored in the fire escape and the fire doors failed to close automatically. I brought this up to the attention of the facility and they corrected everything right away except the fire doors closing. Hopefully the fire doors automatically close now otherwise I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."
