"The hotel was beautiful staff at reception very friendly on check in ..however our air con unit in room was very noisy and also had a blue flashing light all night we tried several times to switch it of with no joy ..so as you can imagine this led to us having very little sleep ..we did mention this at checkout ..so hopefully it would be fixed for next guest "

"The hotel is nice and staff were very helpful. We had to queue twice to check in and asked to wait twice because our room wasn’t ready. The staff member did give us our upgrade, a drink at the bar and breakfast on the house. I did appreciate the gesture but our room on the 16th floor was very noisy with what I can only imagine was the hotel air con. It was so very loud. I would recommend staying at the hotel but don’t take the upgrade unless you are on a floor lower than 14 as floor 15 has the...
