"The rooms are a bit small for a family of 4 and the air conditioning doesn’t work very well, tends to switch settings in middle of night. Room was roasting and so hard to sleep. The room was clean though and the staff were very friendly. The food served for breakfast and dinner was good. The cocktails were good. The coffee for breakfast was very good 👌 the location is the best part as it’s so central right in the city centre. "

Hotel was in a great area and despite general hotel noise being a bit loud (doors shutting, people in the hall), there was almost no noise from outside. Rooftop bar was great, also. "

"Nice welcome - room nice and lots of space - pillows very small and lumpy - bar team very poor - unable to make the cocktail requested - it felt like they didn't usually work behind the bar and service ended at 12pm for residents with no offer of alternatives such as night porter. Lovely service at breakfast and a great full fry "
