"Great location for the tapas area, room was great and comfortable and staff at reception very helpful/friendly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with items running short several times, more staff would help here. Plus a second coffee machine would be sensible. Parking was ok but we had many problems with accessing it with the card issued."

"We stayed here when we had a rental car and wanted to explore the Basque area of Spain. We did day trips to Bilbao, San Sebastián and Pamplona. The Parador is in a beautiful setting and the room was very comfortable. We did all our eating and shopping during our day trips so the Parador was a quiet, country setting to relax. We did eat breakfast at the Parador but no other meals. Breakfast was good - very typical Spanish style hotel breakfast. "

"We cannot rave about this property enough. From the second we arrived, we were in love. Max, the front desk agent, helped arrange a taxi to our wine tasting and told us he would arrange our dining reservation in a near by town. Shared some great insight into what we should do during our one day in town.the taxi service was amazing and when we returned max already had moved our car and moved our luggage into our suite.
