Everything else needs to be cleaned up (stairs, windows, balconies, glass elevator) or painted (refresh). Needs lots of updating n rooms. Very big, complete breakfast (where the staff there were very nice compared to front desk). Wifi wasn’t working the whole day (was working previously). Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course.
