"We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our room was clean, and the facilities are nice (pool/sauna). We had a nice view from our window of the garden area, and the windows open for good ventilation. I had a bath in the room, and noticed some mould floating in the water. Which may have come from the faucets/drain - minor issue. Our bed was two single beds put together, which was fine! "Generally quite a nice hotel when I’ve stayed on earlier occasions. However, it’s a faff to keep checking in and out- I make individual bookings for each of the nights I stay, in case I need to change nights during the week. They have no way of linking the bookings. On this stay there were no coat hangers in the wardrobe - meaning I had to leave my clothes in my case. Finally, there was a large toenail clipping on the carpet……and it wasn’t mine!"

"Check in process is poor. We booked two bedrooms with one room having two double beds according to Expedia advertising and selection at the time of booking. We were never told what room number assigned to us and on Apple Wallet upon checking in online said room 4-5. When arrived, it took us 1 hour to find out that we were put in room 20 with only two king beds and on the third floor. NO elevators. This has never been stated on the website and at the time of booking. We had many heavy luggage....
