"Staff was great. Every time I had a question, (and I had a lot) they bent over backward to help. I do wish they offered a shuttle to/from the metro. When you get off the train, it’s a 10-15 min walk uphill in the cold to return to the hotel. Also, I wish we had more dining options, but the free breakfast is a full breakfast which is nice. "First of all, I need to commend the front desk staff for being so friendly and helpful! There was not a single time we passed by the desk that we weren't greeted by the staff. I also greatly appreciated being able to check in early and leave our bags, rather than finding somewhere to store them.
