"My overall stay at the hotel was good. I was greeted and my bags were brought to my room by Henry (I think that was his name.) He was very cordial. Good Breakfast. The front office staff could use more training when it comes to customer service. While checking in, my friend asked the manager if our rooms could be in the same floor. "Good value for the price but other than the initial stay, they don't clean the rooms. I requested multiple times a day for them to come clean, and even then it's a problem to get them to come and clean.. I didn't understand why they don't do it if it's supposed to be included in the price. "
