"Lovely room, with a comfy bed and large bathroom. Small window with view over car park. Had everything we needed. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. Cold plates, cold cooked items and took a long time for empty vessels to be refilled. "

"Hotel was great, although currently undergoing a refit in the bar & restaurant, service was very attentive. Parking is an issue as car park was full but there is a larger public car park, £13 per 24hrs, would be nice if, as a hotel resident they would off set this as the hotel car park is so small and can only fit 6-7 cars, so that would have been a nice gesture as a guest. food was great, but very small portions, I ordered the king scallops for starters only to have two scallops which was...

"Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel is in an excellent location and was easy to get to using public transport. My son enjoyed the bunk beds in the family room and tea/coffee etc were replenished daily. The pool and jacuzzi were great."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay here. A warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The restaurant food was excellent and service good. Plenty of choice for breakfast although had to ask a couple of times for things to be replenished. Convenient for the train station and the seafront. The room was small but comfortable. Our only complaint was that our shower control was faulty and resulted in water far too hot, we did mention it but nothing was done whilst we were there. Would stay here again."

"The place needs a bit of TLC but the Receptionist AJ is a super star and was so friendly and supportive. Breakfast was ok but nothing special, a bit cold and no fresh fruit choice. I will stay again purely due to good location"
