"Was comfy and area was good. If it hadn't have said that I had a bath shower rather than just a shower it wouldn't have been an issue but just a heads up if that's important to you. Bring your own coffee etc as there's literally just one pod and the room wasn't cleaned for the 5 nights I stayed. Pleasant but basic hotel with no amenities but if you just want to spend a few days by the seaside it's perfect "

"We daughter and I stayed for our joint birthday. Before we came I spoke to a lovely young lady called Ellen.She went above and beyond to help me surprise my daughter. Even called me to talk through a few things. When we arrived,lovely Stuart greeted us ☺️ Very chilled,happy and approachable.We stayed in the cottage and is was spotless and well furnished.The bed was so comfortable….and I’m fussy with beds 😂 It’s also very dog friendly.We will definitely be back ❤️"

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Let down by small things! I'd stay at the Old Ship again. Switched room mid-stay at venue's request, but I was okay with that. Comfortable beds and great linen. Both rooms were freshly painted and had been thoughtfully decorated.. However, neither bathroom had a shelf - awkward - and one room had only an overhead light. "Good location. No restaurant in the hotel. Reception was closed when we arrived (we were early, but worried about parking before we checked in). Rooms were okay, but the furniture was a bit "tired". Probably just about value for money considering a last minute booking in August at a decent location in Bournemouth."
