"The hotel is convenient to get to train station or to the park. Staff is a bit mechanical and do not appear to be friendly unlike the other Okura hotels that I went to in the same trip. It can also provide better parking instructions for first timer for check in. We stopped our car at the front door simply wanted to seek instructions but was confused to be met with hotel staff with a loading cart but insisted we can't park the car there. "

"We decided to reserve one of the Forest Villa town homes instead of staying in the large hotels. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, but we also understood that these little homes were right on the lake and could feel a bit damp and musty at times. The rooms had AC and air purifiers to help with this. Forest Villa is located at Harbor Town and has easy access to Huis Ten Bosch from the rear entrance, as well as close to Red Lobster and the shops/restaurants at the harbor. Our one issue is accessibility to the parking area. The shuttle is great during the day, but you must plan around the shuttle times, plan to stay later on check out day if you need your luggage taken to the front (if you cannot fit it on the packed shuttle in the morning), and be back before the last shuttle departs from the front every night. We would definitely stay here again. Now that we've seen Huis Ten Bosch lit up for Christmas, we can't wait to go back and see it during spring blooms."

"We couldn’t make up our mind if we should stay inside or just outside the park . So happy we did stay inside as it was so much fun to walk around . Enjoy the local restaurants and go back to the hotel . For the next day the hotel price included a day pass for the park which explains the difference in prices . "

"The room we were staying in was lovely and had a fantastic view. My husband enjoyed the onsen. All in all, a brilliant hotel I would definitely go back to. I wish we would have been able to take advantage more of the amenities but we have a little baby who likes to sleep!"
