"Soon as we arrived the 2 gents in reception were great. The tall older gentleman in the grey jacket was a lovely guy and greeted both my daughters brilliantly and was very helpful and took plenty time for any questions we had. We normally stay in the premier inn as never heard of this aparthotel before but will definitely be stay again as the room was amazing a home from home and so handy for shops and a few bits from the shops for the kids. Will definitely be back"

"Great for overnight if attending concert etc. Bar was very slow as under staffed. Ran out of draft lager early evening & then bottled lager. Other than that enjoyed our stay"

"Great friendly staff in reception Room was spotless Only downside was we were staying there for the darts across at the hydro however the hotel should of adapted more with more bar staff as queue was ridiculous and could of been been prevented as its not a new thing and the public use ot too."

"Excellent hotel. Me and my wife was only there for an overnight stay as we were attending a concert at the ovo hydro, the staff were all very friendly and attentive, room was very clean and comfortable and the food on offer was very good also. Hope to come back to Glasgow again soon and will definitely stay at the Crown Plaza when we return."

"The hotel was nice beds were comfortable never used any of the amenities. Only gripe I had was the lighting in the room was very dim "
