"I booked a hotel with a double bed and a swimming pool. Both were available when I booked, but when we arrived pool was not in use and hotel room was two single beds pushed together. When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting."

"Very stylish hotel that is modern and very clean. Check in was so quick and easy and staff are always so helpful. Breakfast is a good buffet with lots of selection and bar/restaurant serves great food in the evening. Room was very big and had a kettle as well as a coffee machine. The location is amazing, right across from the town on the river. To get to the other side there is a small ferry throughout the day. My room was amazing.
