"Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived, we had booked an oceanfront room with two twin beds through Expedia. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and none of the oceanfront twin rooms were available. "The rooms are really nice and were cleaned really well but we had a very bad mosquito problem in our room where they were coming in under a gap in the door and I had to spend a lot of my time in the room trying to kill them and asking housekeeping to clear up the dead ones afterwards... Despite their 'bite-free bliss' they advertise, the reception staff told us they only spray once a week and that there's no point spraying more frequently because 'it's rainy season'. Service and food were good...

"Le Nautique was a great stop over place for us. The communication from Annalise before our arrival was faultless and so helpful. We were so stoked by the location of the venue from the airport and Anse Royale. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m sure we will be back and would absolutely recommend this property to everyone we know. Thank you so much for being great!"

"Although the property and its decor are quite dated it is perfectly presentable. The rooms are a generous size and the balconies are huge. Dining options were a little bit limited but the staff were excellent with particular mention to Jordan"
