"Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "The rooms are really nice and were cleaned really well but we had a very bad mosquito problem in our room where they were coming in under a gap in the door and I had to spend a lot of my time in the room trying to kill them and asking housekeeping to clear up the dead ones afterwards... Despite their 'bite-free bliss' they advertise, the reception staff told us they only spray once a week and that there's no point spraying more frequently because 'it's rainy season'. Service and food were good...
