"Convenient location to explore dunedin. Apartment had a very functional kitchen. Whole place was very clean and beds comfy. The owner was lovely and personally showed us the room and also made recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend! "

"We (a couple) stayed 2 nights, in Room 4. Amross Motel is probably the best motel we have stayed in across several continents, over many decades. Pride of ownership is obvious in the immaculate condition of the rooms and comprehensive furnishings. Even the parking lot was pristine! Barry and Donna were cheery, helpful and attentive. We heartily recommend staying there. "

"A little out of town but that suited me perfectly for the reason I was there. The setting and gardens are beautiful and the rooms are lovely. Quiet, clean and well equipped. If traveling with a dog there is a specified, fenced, off lead area which is just fantastic. This was my third stay and I will definitely stay again."
