"In general, it was ok. But I think the staff can be better. Some parts of the hotel look old and needs some maintenance (for example, the cover of the key reader in my room fell out and the sign of the hotel in the top looks old). Regarding the staff, I arrived a little bit early (like 45 minutes) and I asked the lady in the front desk if she could check in earlier and she said there was no way and when I asked for options, she just keep saying no. Then I asked if I could use the pool until...

"The hotel is located in an area that has seen better days. The mall next door is mostly empty. The hotel has floors that are accessible but empty. The pool was good. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very good. "

"My stay at the American Trade Hotel was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The location was unbeatable, but my favorite part was my room. Starting the day with coffee and a croissant on the balcony was incredible, and ending it with a glass of wine there before dinner was perfection. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough."

"A quirky place. Great location and fair accomodations. King bed was comfortable but had to ask for a blanket. Refrigerator and coffee maker but no cups, glasses or filters. Bathroom had a water bubble on the ceiling and mold growing from it. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi was nice. Also rooftop a full kitchen with community refrigerator space. Great for longer stays"
