"A lovely hotel close to the city center and the cathedral, with comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast buffet. The only challenge is overnight parking. There are only a few spaces available other than parking across the street which requires payment after 9am. Since checkout is at 10am it would be great if the hotel contracted with the city to let guests park there until 10am."

"샹티이 지역을 방문하기에 최적의 장소입니다. 샹티이 성과 말 박물관 등과도 가까운 위치이고, 리조트에 맞게 넓은 로비, 부대시설(다만, 헬스장은 없고 런닝머신만 있습니다.) 등 편의성이 좋습니다. 24개월 미만의 아이와 함께 여행에 아주 편안하게 숙박했으며 아이가 먹기에도 좋은 조식, 큰 욕조가 있습니다. 욕조에 들어가기 위한 높이가 좀 높아서 위험할 수는 있지만, 어메니티(NUXE) 등 만족도가 높았습니다."

We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely want to come back. I wish they would offer room service after 10pm. There are no dining options in the area and the hotel restaurant stop service at 9:30-10pm. "

"Absolutely beautiful and relaxing place. Secure on site parking. Food in the restaurant amazing. Choice of food in the bar limited, so if staying a few days, feels like not enough to choose from. Staff helpfull and trying thier best to help and delivery top service. One thing is no lift in the property, so lagguage on the higher levels to be curried by hand, but staff is happy to help with it."

"A Horrific Experience at Best ! Firstly this Hotel is pending refurbishment. The refurbishment is meant to commence on July 6th 2020 - October 31 2020. Unfortunately they have decided to punish all clientele by forcing them to stay on the premise and pay full price for a dilapidated Hotel that is in dire need of an upgrade ! So lets begin: The Hotel is very empty. There are no events or a lot of clients. Upon arriving we were met with a parking attendant who told us that its 25 euros per day...
