"No-one was on the check-in desk when we arrived and we had to go and fetch someoe from the bar to check us in. The breakfast service was slow. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely, well decorated and clean, comfy bed and brilliant location "

"All staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. We booked a room for 3 adults which was clean, really large and spacious with partial views of the lake. Shower was great, really powerful.Variety of teas, coffees and biscuits to choose from in the room.
