"The hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful. Great customer service. The main building is stunning. We stayed in an annex which wasn’t as nice and the carpet was stained, nevertheless the room was very comfortable and large. Bed is very comfortable. They offer a bottle of water and tea in the bedroom which is a nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with L’ Occitane toiletries. Unfortunately we left early and didn’t have the opportunity to have breakfast which was included. We recommend this...

"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. "This was our second visit to Kaya. It won't be our last. The staff were incredible. The location is breathtaking and the access to the 3 Valleys is perfect. Facilities ticked every box. Really nice pool, steam room and sauna. the breakfast filled us up for a long day on the mountains. The evening meals weren't the best value compared to nearby restaurants but were still delicious. This place is an absolute winner. "

"Super friendly staff - and valloire is a beautiful town! Didn’t realise it was not a regular hotel so making beds after a long flight was not really fun... 400euro deposit which we found expensive compared to other hotels during our euro trip... also took ages to come back to our card which took a chunk from our budget. Had to clean and vacuum the room after stay too... Great little unit but more like a holiday pet than a hotel... Staff made the stay worth while however !!! "

"We spent 4 nights at Les hauts de Comborcieres during the Christmas break. The apartment was comfortable. It is very conveniently located near the ski slopes. The pool was really nice too. It is too bad that it closes on Saturdays and that it does not open later at night (it closes at 7:30 pm and it is very crowded in the evening). Les Hauts de Comborcieres is not really a hotel.
