"Right inside of the door is a sign indicating that quiet hours start at 6AM. If that was noted when we book this place, I missed that info. This property adds a cleaning fee but it wasn’t that clean. Long hairs on the floor greeted us when we opened the door. Next was short hairs on the baseboards. Garbage in the kitchen can and grease on the stovetop. It was cold (the windows were open) but the thermostat wasn’t working so the owner came down to discover the batteries were dead. The heat there...

"I liked the separate entrance and they had fairly good outside security lights, but did not light up when we needed them to all the time. They've got a good start on these suites, but they are not finished yet. Also comma expired food left in the fridge and not the amenities to be expected in a vrbo. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Not going to be using that on my BOD. "

"The whole place is spotless! It was dark when we arrived and had a hard time finding the house numbers but once inside it was wonderful. A few things left on the counter like bananas and apples and milk and juice in the fridge made us feel welcome. One twin bed was excellent but the other wasn’t great. Having said that, I would stay there again "
