"Lots of outside noise. Construction and dogs barking. Difficult to sleep. Poor location. Great hotel but two roads outside of hotel were closed. Recommend guests stay in downtown Cairo. Close to Giza is very rugged crowd and rugged roads. Power went out 3x during stay but came back on quickly "

"Two year old hotel, modern and in a good part of Cairo. Near shopping areas and main tourist areas. Staff helpful, and issue with the food etc. Live music many of the evenings. Down side was the interconnecting doors in the rooms.. Felt like your room neighbour was in the room.. Design fault with the doors ? or too thin. ? Had mentioned to the team, they were aware, but full hotel meant the room could not be changed."

"Had a fabulous stay here. Staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms view was amazing, so close to the pyramids. The hotel itself was a little tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. I understand that these things can't be done straight away and after covid, tourism is on its way up so hopefully these improvements shall be done. Everything else was great. Thankyou so much. "
