"They say they are a 5 star property, but I would rate it as a 4 star property. The price of SAR2500 per night for a Superior (standard) room indicates it is a 5 star. However there was no bellman upon arrival, the mini bar is empty (they say you can call if you need something, in my book that is room service), no turn down service done, so these are all 5 star hotel requirements.
