"I would recommend reserving the restaurant as we were left standing for a while. Staff were slow. After being seated though service was good and food was lovely. Hotel is lovely and bar/ breakfast and reception staff were excellent. I would stay again. "

"Excellent stay at Queensferry. Lovely room with views of the Queensferry Bridge. Very comfortable bed and bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries. Shore restaurant was excellent for both evening meal and especially the complimentary buffet breakfast."

"Stayed here many times . Was down visiting family nearby so really only used the room for sleeping . Comfy bed and black out blinds gave us a good sleep . Handy for the town centre pubs and takeaways . Shower and amenities in the room are good with decent size TV. "

"Rooms dated and tired the mattress was uncomfortable. I found my bathroom dirty and not cleaned hair in bath and a used bar of soap. Window cracked so a cold draft in room. The bar area is nice and a good choice of drinks and the restaurant excellent."

"Hotel had excellent guest service experience. Everyone was super! We had an issue with hotel com site and the desk supervisor sorted it. The dining staff especially Oliver was great but so was his evening wait staff supervisor, got some 🍴🍴 as the take way forgot to put them in the bag. "
