"I sent 2 emails and called the hotel once to arrange a pick up at the airport. I was not picked up and at 1:30 AM got ripped off by the only taxi at the airport. If one is English speaking only, this hotel is not for you. English is poorly spoken and poorly understood. We ate lunch at their restaurant, being the only ones there. It took 55 minutes for my wife to get a bowl of soup. Menu selection was poor. We had no hot water for our first shower. We had only one bath towel for 2 people. To...

"An older property that's well maintained, the El Aurassi has unparalleled views of the harbor and city. Staff are attentive, multi-lingual and food is good. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff stopped by throughout the day to refresh supplies. Shower is an inconvenient setup that allows water to pool on floor. Would definitely stay longer next time."
