"Hotel and rooms were very good. Just a couple of additions are needed. Hairdryer in the room(our phone was dead so couldn't ring for one). A kettle to boil water for an early cup of tea or coffee would be appreciated. There was a lack of information in the room and on the website about facilities e.g. Spa was closed apparently we were out of season it would have been good to have this information. Overall a pleasant 3 nights lovely staff and complex. "

De nos jours, les hotels fournissent á leur clients les adresses des restaurants qui font la livraison dans les chambres. C'est le petit plus qui fidelise les clients mais ici c'est une autre histoire..."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice. Airport shuttle service was very nice and the driver very professional. The location is somewhat far from city attractions which wouldn't be an issue if not for lack of transportation. There are taxis though, so it's not impossible to venture into the city for exploration. Overall, the hotel is very good and staff are excellent! "
