"Be careful about signing up for the basic room. It is beyond basic with no finishes, no refrigerator, metal furniture, not what I’d expect from Scandic. Fortunately I was able to pay to upgrade to a nicer room also without a refrigerator but the hotel very nicely sent one up to me. The hotel was supposed to have bicycles but they were out of order and they nicely made arrangements for me to walk to another Scandic (the Marriott of Scandinavia) and use a bike. "Staff were excellent from letting us check in early to helping us arrange a late check out and car parking for a week. Breakfast was great. Really good variety of everything. Supermarket next door was handy. 10 min easy walk to the station to get into central Stockholm (4 stops or thereabouts). Great restaurants near the station and shopping options too. Very safe area. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful and had excellent customer service. Would recommend. (We had 2 x rooms for parents...

"Very nice hotel, comfortable beds and situated in a safe and quiet area with several nearby restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and decent quality food. Although its not super central, the Haga Norra bus stop is just outside the hotel so it was very easy to get the bus both from the airport and into town. Would recommend a walk around the Haga park right next to the hotel."
