It was a little disappointing as a Hotels.com Platinum member that I was not offered a room upgrade even though my friends in other rooms were offered an upgrade when they checked in before and after me. However, I had dropped a debit card in reception and as soon as got to my room they called me to notify me. This was great service. We were also able to have a late checkout with no trouble...
