Nice hotel with beautiful rooms, very clean. Only remark we have is about the spa and gym facilities. The gym that was included in the rate was quite dates and didn’t have a lot of equipment, if you wanted to access the better gym, you had to pay extra. Also the spa doesn’t have a lot of availability. It was constantly booked out when we wanted to go there. We chose the hotel mostly for the spa and in the end were not able to use it, which was a shame.

We stayed there before going to Taylor swift. They had a friendship bracelet making station which was cool. The room was huge and clean. The hotel was far from downtown but perfect for getting to the Friends arena.

The hotel works well for business trips. There is plenty of space in the room and nice facilities. It's conveniently located near the business district in Solna. Good breakfast. However, the bathroom was not cleaned to the standard I would expect – the drain was clogged, causing water to overflow when I took a shower. The TV did not work as described.

I stayed at the AC Hotel Stockholm Ulriksdal and was really impressed by its overall value. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—it is easy to access transport and close to many interesting spots in the city. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the food was just as delightful—I couldn't have asked for a better experience in these aspects. The only slight downside was the pool access. It wasn’t too expensive (c.£12 a day), especially with the discount I received for multiple days, but I felt that using the pool should have been included in the stay. It would have elevated the experience even further. Besides that, everything was fantastic, and I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Stockholm!

Perfect! I loved the room, it looked just like the pictures. I loved the details, everything was created to suit a woman. The lightning in the bathroom, the extra place around the sink, the possibility to have your coffe or tea and to have a nice place to sit and be able to work if you needed. The only negative thing was the crowded breakfast area. And the allowed to bring your luggage and suitcase in to the already small area. You should stop that!

I arrived at the property to find the floor still unclean, and the walls had remnants of glue from a banner or balloons attached. The bed had a topper that was smaller than the mattress, making it uncomfortably soft. On three separate occasions, I was charged different amounts at the bar for the same drinks. When I attempted to arrange an anniversary treat, I was simply directed via email to speak with the bar staff. If you are on business and need a place to stay for one or two nights, this property may suit your needs. The train station is convenient to get to Stockholm centre, that is the biggest positive of the hotel

UNSAFE EXPERIENCE The glass shower door shattered unexpectedly, causing me significant harm and leaving scars on my arm. I have serious concerns about the hotel's safety standards and maintenance practices. The manager was not available, and I had to leave to catch a flight. The reception staff showed a complete lack of concern for our safety. Despite my bleeding and waiting for 30 minutes after reporting the incident, no one came to our room to check on us. My friend went downstairs to speak with the reception. Their primary concern was the potential 5000 SEK charge to our card if they determined it was our fault. They completely ignored the fact that I was injured and bleeding. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve their maintenance and safety standards.
