The front desk for checkin had no idea of our arrival and had to call the phone number on file for further information. I did not receive an email for check in until 1am in the morning. The front door was hard to lock and would often have to leave the room unlocked so the key did not break. "

"The cleaning crew did not do a good job cleaning lots of dust for example window blind. Fridge have soda bottles hair on bathroom floor. Also this is advertised as 3 br 3 bath it only have 3br 2bath and half bath down stairs be aware that you need to dispose of your garage at a garbage site. That’s a first for me loading garbage in my car and disposing of it on vacation. "

"This was a terrible experience I will never use VRBO again. My credit card was charged even though the homeowner cancelled at the last minute. The only good thing is that the VRBO helpline people seem to genuinely be trying to help.; and don’t get me wrong I appreciate their help but they are helping me with a problem that should never had arisen - plus it has taken me hours literally on the phone trying to ensure I get a refund ! I wouldn’t recommend VRBO to anyone right now."
