"Nicely spacious rooms and living areas. Nicely decorated lobby and reception areas. The rooms need a bit more modernising as the amenities within the room are dated. I’d recommend updated kettles, curtains, TVs and better lighting. Other than those, a good stay overall. The reception staff were kind and pleasant and housekeeping were kind as well. "

"The free WIFI, breakfast. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Love the choices of colours for the rooms. Staff is very polite and friendly. My number one hotel in the GTA due to its location and newly renovated rooms which are more inviting and comfortable."

"This was a great littke getaway for the night My only complaint would be the difficulty with ordering room service. No one answered the phone. I called front desk and they transfered me to someone else who wasn't able to take my order. Eventually, it all got resolved and I received a delicious meal. The bed was comfy, the view was pretty and the cleanliness was stellar!! I would definitely book here again"

"Front desk staff were always very pleasant and fantastic bith at check in and check out. Breakfast was terrible. The woman running the breakfast area on Dec 30 was miserable and rude. This area needs improvement big time. Was a pretty miserable start to our day, and will likely be the reason to stay accross the street next time. The pool was so cold that you could not swim in it.
