I have pain from Fibromyalgia and that was the main reason I chose your Hotel, and paid the higher rate so that was a disappointment. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful, the room was clean with an amazing view, and I would recommend it to my friends and family."

"Good hotel, convenient; very kind friendly staff. It is dated so we did not have hot water first night. The rooms decor is old but okay. Spacious enough. The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. Had to clip the curtain together with hair clip and spray curtain with bug spray to prevent bugs from entering. Have to close doors by dawn to stop ferry noises, or mum the public’s chit...

"This hotel is beautiful! The breakfast was delicious, staff so friendly. The location was amazing, we looked onto the cathedral and there are all restaurants and shops outside your door. The water is a 3 mins walk from the hotel. Definitely will stay there again "
