"Beautiful property, clean, and friendly staff. Their onsen is one of the best. They have everything you need so you don’t really have to leave the property if you didn’t wantIt is walkable to Yubatake, but they also provide a free shuttle."

"Good location, close to the yubatake. Hotel is modern, looks new and clean, however did find mould on the shower floor. Meals not a strong suit. Great stay overall."

"Great skiing lodge- ski in/out to slopes. Restaurant served excellent food however it was the only option available during our stay (end of March) and it was expensive and really not suitable for very young children. Also only one shop open with limited food options. Not so great for very small children- we could have purchased supplies to bring in if we had known. Ability to go to other parts of resort limited at this time in the season, Staff were very helpful. "

"Pros : big size room, ski area directly linked to hotel, staffs are very helpful, shuttle bus to town Cons : limited dining options after 5pm, need to head to town for dinner unless you opt for 8000 yen buffet, most facilities closed after 5pm, hotel is a little dated. "

"I want to start off by saying I had a nice visit, I did the half board option and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Lots of variety, the sushi was not good and their take on Western food isn't great but the Japanese food is awesome. 2 different Onsen areas that alternate gender daily so you can try both. The hotel is old, let's just prepare you for this, really old. It could do with a massive makeover but I doubt it will happen as they are very busy due to the amazing location. If you are...
